There's something for everyone at the Y. Our group exercise classes welcome all fitness levels. Taking a group exercise class allows you to make new friends, have fun, and gain strength, endurance and energy. Instructors at each of our locations are certified, welcoming and provide a supportive class environment for all fitness levels.
